Premium Credit Packs are available as add-ons to all HeyGen paid plans such as Creator, Pro, and Business plans. Premium Credits allow you to continue using HeyGen's advanced AI features after you've used up your monthly plan allowances.

Each Premium Credit Pack costs $15/ month (or $150/year) and contains 300 credits per month and lets you access premium features like Avatar IV generation, Add Motion, Generate Looks, Upscale Video, AI Model Training and Video Translation minutes without interruption. These 300 credits mean different things with each of these features so please check the table below for more info.

If you're on a monthly plan, your Premium Credit Add-on pack will renew the same date as your main subscription. If you're on the annual plan, you will get all 3600 Premium Credits at once, with one annual charge of $150.

Premium credits unlocks more usage for the following Premium features:

​AvatarIV : Turn a single photo and script into a realistic talking video using our advanced AvatarIV model. Each 1 Premium credit equals 3 seconds of AvatarIV Video.

Add Motion: Each add motion to photars converts a still image to a 5-10s video with full background and body motion. 10 Premium Credits equals one Motion adding.

Upscale Video: Converts your motion video to a 4K resolution video. 10 Premium Credits equals one upscaling.

Generate Looks: Use a text prompt to generate Avatar Looks from scratch, or generate new Avatar Looks from photos using a trained AI model. 1 Premium Credit equals one Look Generation.

AI Model Training: Train a custom AI model trained from your photos, and generate more looks using a trained AI model. 20 Premium Credits equals to one Training of the photar model.

Video Translation: Premium Credits allow you to generate video translation with lipsync ( Audio-dubbing no lipsync translations are unlimited for paid plans) by providing 1 minute of video translation per 5 credits.

Generate Assets: Instantly create custom visuals powered by 8 of the world’s top AI models. Whether you need striking images or dynamic video clips, just type your idea and watch it come to life. (1 image = 2 credits, 1 video = 15 credits)

Our Premium Credits Packs are monthly add-on subscription to your main subscription- Creator, Pro, or Business plans.. As you purchase and use add-ons, please remember they are tied to your main Creator, Pro, or Business plan. If you cancel your main plan, any active add-ons will be cancelled as well.

If not cancelled, add-ons will automatically renew at your next subscription renewal date, in addition to your Creator, Pro, or Business plans.

Any add-on you purchase will renew on the same date as your subscription, so best to be mindful of that and purchase the add-on only when you have enough time left on your subscription to use it.

Unused credits / priority videos will not transfer to the next billing cycle automatically if the plan and add-on are not renewed. You must have an active HeyGen subscription ( Creator/Pro/Business) to have an active add-on.

When you run out of Premium Credits you should receive a pop-up message that offers you to purchase Premium Credit packs. Simply select the number of packs you need and complete your purchase to continue creating.
