Managing your HeyGen billing and subscriptions is simple with the tools available on the Subscription and Manage Billing Info pages. From updating your billing details and downloading invoices to checking your plan status and making changes, everything you need to stay organized and ensure uninterrupted service is right at your fingertips.
Managing Your HeyGen Billing and Subscriptions
The HeyGen Billing system is designed to make managing your subscriptions simple and convenient. On the Subscription page, you can:
View or upgrade your subscription plan
Check how many days are left in your current billing cycle
Update or change your billing information
For specific cancellations, such as the Finetuned Avatar plan or Interactive Avatar slot, please contact [email protected].
Additionally, the Manage Billing Info page allows you to:
Update billing details
View and download invoices
Change payment methods
These tools help you stay organized and ensure uninterrupted service, giving you full control over your HeyGen subscriptions.
How to Access Your Billing Information
To access your billing settings, start by clicking on your account in the sidebar. Next, select Subscription from the menu. At the top of your plan overview, you’ll see the Manage Billing Info button.
🛎️ Note: Manage Billing Info is only available with an active subscription.
How to Change or Delete your Payment Method
To add or remove your credit card information, go to the Manage Billing Info page [instructions above]. There, you'll find the Add Payment Method option, as shown below.
🛎️ Note: when you have an active plan, the default payment method cannot be removed.
Where can I update my Billing Information?
If you need change or update your Billing Information, you can navigate to the Manage Billing Info page [instructions above]. Here you will see the Billing Information section, as seen below:
By clicking on Update Information, you can easily update your personal details, including your name, email, address, and phone number.
🛎️ Note: If you would like to add a Tax Number (VAT) to your billing information, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll update it for you. However, we cannot add a Tax Number (VAT) to invoices that have already been issued.
For clarity, we are unable to edit past invoices for non-enterprise plans. Any updates to your billing information will be reflected in invoices generated during your next billing cycle.
Finding An Invoice
To locate an invoice, go to the Manage Billing Info page. Scroll down to the 'Invoice History' section, then click the arrow next to the desired invoice to view or download it.
