HeyGen provides you with the option to upgrade your plan at any time according to your usage requirements. See below for instructions on how to switch your subscription.
ποΈ Note: The HeyGen app is currently available only on the Apple Store, so the following app-specific instructions apply exclusively to Apple users.
Upgrade Your Plan on Desktop
Change your plan anytime through your settings page. Switching plans will take effect immediately.
To upgrade:
Log in to your HeyGen account.
Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
Click the Upgrade button
Downgrading Your Plan on Desktop
To downgrade your plan, simply purchase your new preferred plan and email us at [email protected] for a pro-rated refund of your previous subscription.
Upgrade Your Plan in the App Store
When you sign up for the HeyGen app, you're automatically placed on the Free plan. To upgrade, follow the steps below:
Log in to your HeyGen account.
Click on the yellow Diamond icon anywhere on your screen or go to your Profile Icon π€ to find the Upgrade button under subscriptions.
Click the Upgrade button and follow the on screen flow.
Confirm payment was successful with the prompt below.
Downgrade Your Plan in the App
Downgrading your plan is not immediate within the app. You'll need to cancel your subscription, which will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Once it expires, you can purchase your preferred, lower-tier plan. To cancel your plan, please follow the below instructions:
Tap the Settings βοΈ icon on your home screen.
At the top of the screen, tap your Apple ID (your name).
3. Choose Subscriptions from the list.
4. Locate the HeyGen subscription you want to cancel.
5. Select Cancel Subscription and Confirm your choice. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
