A Brand System is a handy collection of your brand’s key elements like logos, colors, fonts, images, and videos. It helps you keep your content looking consistent and professional across all your projects. On HeyGen, a Brand System lets you quickly apply your branding to videos and graphics, so you don’t have to adjust everything manually each time.

How to Create Your Brand System
You can create your Brand System by navigating to the 'Brand System' tab on the left part of the home page and clicking on 'New Brand System'. In this menu, you can quickly add your Company Logo, Brand Colors, Brand Fonts, Brand Images, and Brand Videos to create a cohesive brand experience.
You can also manually insert your Brand System via URL. This option allows you to manually upload and configure your logos, colors, photos, fonts, and videos.

Drag and drop your content, or click to upload, and watch your Brand System come together instantly!
Adding Colors
To add a Color to your Brand System, click on '+' under the Colors section and select the color itself to access the color spectrum or directly input your Brand's HEX code.
File Size Limits
Please note that images, videos, and fonts in your Brand System have file size limits. Please keep the following file size limits in mind when uploading to your Brand System:
Max Size: Up to 4096 x 4096
Images/Logos: JPG, PNG up to 200MB (4167 x 4167)
Videos: MP4, MOV up to 200MB
Fonts: TTF, OTF up to 100MB
Accessing Your Brand System
You can access and edit your Brand System directly from both AI Studio and Video Agent, making it easy to apply across your projects.
From AI Studio
Click Brand System at the top center of the AI Studio page, then select the Brand System you want to use.
From Video Agent
From your dashboard, click the + icon on the left side of the prompt box, select Brand System, and choose the one you want to use.
