Workspace settings gives Enterprise admins more control over workspace access, video sharing, feature availability, and sub-workspace management in HeyGen.
This feature is only available on HeyGen Enterprise plans.
Changes made in Workspace settings apply going forward only. They do not retroactively update existing workspace access, invites, links, downloads, or shares.

Go to Settings in your workspace.
Select Workspace settings.
