🚨 Our Team plan is being depreciated in January 2026 as we offer the new HeyGen For Business plan. The Team plan will not be available for purchase starting January 2026 🚨

Premium Credit Packs
Premium Credit Packs are available as add-ons to HeyGen Creator, Pro, Business plans. Premium Credits allow you to continue using HeyGen's advanced AI features after you've used up your monthly plan allowances.
🛎️ Note: If you're on a monthly plan, your Premium Credit Add-on pack will renew the same date as your main subscription. If you're on the annual plan, you will get all 3600 Premium Credits at once, with one annual charge of $150.
Premium Credit Pack Pricing
Each pack contains 300 Premium Credits and costs $15 for monthly subscribers or $150 per year for annual subscribers. You can purchase multiple packs as needed.

How to Purchase
To purchase a Premium Credit Pack, go to Settings, navigate to the Subscriptions & API section, click on Manage Add-ons, and then select Buy Now under Premium Credit Pack.

Need more avatars than your plan includes? Now you can add unlimited avatars for your business with flexible monthly or yearly plans!
Add-On Pricing
Video Avatar Slots: $29/month or $300/year
LiveAvatar Slots: $49/month or $480/year ( only available on LiveAvatar platform)
To access Add-Ons, go to the pricing screen, scroll down to "Avatar Add-On," and click Purchase more avatars now. From there, you can select as many Video avatars as you want. Use the plus and minus signs to adjust the quantity before heading to checkout.
🛎️ Note: If you're on a monthly plan, the checkout window will default to the monthly option, but you can toggle to yearly if preferred on the pricing homepage. For those on a yearly plan, only the yearly option will be displayed. Contact [email protected] if you need any purchasing assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How do I apply a promo code or discount to my purchase?
If you’ve received a promo or discount code, you can apply it at checkout. Look for the Add promotion code field under the subtotal before you complete your purchase. We occasionally share codes like these, so be sure to follow us on social media to catch future deals.
How do I cancel my plan / subscription?
To cancel your plan:
Log in to your HeyGen account.
Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
Next to the upgrade button, click the down
arrow.
From here you can choose to Cancel your plan, which will cancel it at the end of the current billing cycle, or Pause your plan, which will temporarily stop payments.
🛎️ Note: Pausing your plan does not cancel it entirely—it simply postpones the next charge by 30 days from your last billing cycle date [it does not pause indefinitely]. For example, if your billing date is January 1st and you pause your plan before that date, you won’t be charged in January, but your billing will resume on February 1st and you will be charged on that date.
If you'd like to 'Pause Indefinitely', we recommend canceling your account. All of your amazing avatars, videos and projects will still be accessible when you're ready to sign back up!
How do I buy more Premium Credits for AvatarIV or Video Translations?
You can purchase Premium Credits packs if you got to Settings -- Subscriptions & API -- Manage Add-ons
How to upgrade / downgrade my plan?
Upgrade: Change your plan anytime through your settings page. The changes will take effect immediately, keeping your previously purchased credits intact.
Downgrade: Purchase your new preferred plan and email us at [email protected] with the main email for the account and your request to downgrade, and we'll make sure to help you out!
