Let's start with the basics and better explain our Pricing Page

What do I get under any Heygen subscription plan?

Our plans all include a certain amount of credits (15/30/60/90/++), certain amount of Instant Avatars slots (3/5/++), and faster processing for any video!
The credits are used to generate videos using our studio, or our Video Translation tool, Personalize video, Instant Highlights, or URL2UGC videos.

Understanding Your Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan:

Access: Gain full access to all features for 30 days.

Credits: Your credits will expire after 30 days.

Renewal: Auto-renewal is the default setting, so your plan will automatically renew every 30 days unless you change it.

Annual Plan:

Access: Enjoy all features and credits for a full 365 days.

Payment: A one-time payment covers the entire year.

Discount: Save 20% compared to the monthly plan.

Monthly VS Annual Plans

  • The Monthly Plan offers flexibility with a 30-day cycle and automatic renewal. However, credits expire in 30 days.

  • The Annual Plan provides a year-long access with a one-time payment, a 20% discount, and the benefit of credits lasting for 365 days, giving you more time to use them.

How to cancel your plan

To cancel your plan:

Log in to your Heygen account.

Go to Settings > Subscriptions.

Next to the upgrade button, click the small arrow.

Choose to Pause or Cancel your plan.

How to buy more credits

Right now the only way to buy more credits is to purchase another subscription plan through the upgrade option or pricing page.

How to upgrade/ downgrade your plan

Upgrade: Change your plan anytime through your settings page. The changes will take effect immediately, keeping your previously purchased credits intact.

Downgrade: Purchase your new preferred plan and email us at [email protected] for a pro-rated refund of your previous subscription.
