What Is HeyGen's Master Service Agreement (MSA)?
You can review our MSA here. Purchasing the Enterprise plan means you agree to the terms outlined in the MSA. If you have questions, please reach out to sales.

What Payment Options Are Accepted?
We accept bank transfers and most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Cartes Bancaires (CB), Diners Club, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.

Is a Monthly Subscription Available?
The Enterprise plan is only offered as an annual subscription. If you’d prefer a monthly option, you can explore our Creator or Team plans. For an Enterprise trial, contact sales.

How Do I Get a Copy of My Invoice?
After purchasing, an email with your invoice and receipt will be sent to you. You can also access your invoice under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab in Space Settings, generated with the information provided at checkout.

How Can I Access HeyGen's API or Enterprise Versions of Interactive Avatar and Personalized Video?
