Voice Doctor is a prompt-based tool that gives you the power to refine how you sound- not just technically, but in a way that better matches the voice you want to project.

Whether you notice the current voice-clone didn't capture your exact essence or you want your voice to sound more natural, polished, or true to your intended style, Voice Doctor helps you make targeted adjustments through simple prompts. It’s an easy way to improve accuracy and shape a voice that feels right for your content.

Step 1: Accessing Voice Doctor inside AI Studio

To begin improving your voice, navigate to your AI Studio, and choose the voice you want to work on from your Avatar tab-

  1. Click on your current active voice.

  2. From the menu options, select Voice Doctor.

  3. This opens the enhancement suite where you can begin the fixing your voice.

Step 2: Diagnosis via Prompting

Before recording, you need to tell the AI what is "wrong" with your voice or what you want to achieve. In the chat interface, describe your idea.

  • Example: "I want this voice to sound more authoritative but warm, with a slight Southern drawl and better emphasis on technical terms."

  • Example: "Make the tone more energetic and youthful for a fast-paced commercial."

Step 3: Two Ways to Improve

You have two primary paths to get your new and improved result:

Option A: Professional Re-recording or Upload a recording

This is the best way to inject true personality into the AI. When you choose to record again, keep these three golden rules in mind:

  • Be Authentic: Use words and phrases that showcase your unique accent or regional dialect.

  • Stay Natural: Speak as you would in an everyday conversation. Avoid a "reading" voice; aim for a "speaking" voice.

  • The 30-Second Rule: You must record at least 30 seconds of audio. This gives the AI enough data to map your tone, emotion, and pronunciation accurately.

Option B: The Automatic Fix

If you are in a hurry or don't have a microphone handy, you can use the Automatic Fixes. The AI will analyze your existing voice and apply a "best-fit" algorithmic improvement based on your initial prompt.

Step 4: Review and Replace

Once the processing is complete, the Voice Doctor will present you with a New Voice Version.

  1. Listen closely: Check for the specific emotional cues or accent refinements you requested.

  2. Save & Replace: If you are happy with the result, you can save this version to permanently replace the original voice. Your future projects will now automatically use this enhanced voice profile.

Pro Tip: Don't be afraid to be specific in the chat. The more detail you provide about the "vibe" (e.g., "breezy and sarcastic" vs. "somber and instructional"), the better the Voice Doctor can perform the surgery.
