Welcome to HeyGen Mobile 101! With HeyGen for mobile, you have the power to create and share dynamic videos right at your fingertips. While the desktop version of HeyGen provides the most comprehensive product experience, our mobile app is designed for convenience and creativity on the go.

Mobile vs. Desktop: What's the Difference?
While the Mobile app and the Desktop app function similarly, there are some key differences:
Expanded Accents and Voices: Desktop offers a broader range of accents and voices for avatars.
AI Studio Advanced Features: To add graphics, translate text, adjust voice emotions, or make other dynamic edits to your videos, log in to your account on desktop.
No Space Switching: The mobile app does not currently support switching between spaces for Team and Enterprise users.
Other Features: Other new and developing features, such as Labs and Interactive Avatars, are only accessible via desktop.

Pricing
Mobile pricing matches desktop. Any membership purchased via the mobile app is also valid for desktop use. For latest information on pricing, please see our Pricing Page or click any of the upgrade buttons on your app homepage.
Payments & Refunds
All payment issues and refunds for purchases through the Apple App Store are handled directly by Apple. Unfortunately, HeyGen cannot process refunds for App Store purchases. For guidance, please follow the instructions below or review this article on our Refund Process and Policy, which includes a step-by-step guide with visuals.
To cancel your subscription:
Tap the Settings ⚙️ icon on your home screen.
At the top of the screen, tap your Apple ID (your name).
Choose Subscriptions from the list.
Locate the subscription for AI Video Generator - HeyGen.
Select Cancel Subscription and Confirm your choice. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

To request a refund:
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then click Next.
Choose the HeyGen app then click Submit.
Wait 24 to 48 hours for an update on your request
Moderation: Why Was My Avatar or Video Rejected?
HeyGen’s moderation system ensures that all content adheres to community guidelines and quality standards, creating a safe and professional environment for everyone. However, sometimes videos are rejected in error. Here’s how to handle moderation issues:
Avatar Rejection
Wait for Moderation to Complete: Most avatars are finalized within a short period.
Inquire about the Decision: If you believe the rejection was a mistake, please reach out to [email protected] for a manual review and guidance on how to make the best avatar possible.
Video Rejection
Wait for Moderation to Complete: Most videos are finalized within a short period.
Appeal the Decision: If you believe the rejection was a mistake, click the “Appeal” button.
