Even though it was a great time, we said goodbye to a few of our public avatars available on the HeyGen platform. On December 1, 2024, a short list of public stock avatars and their looks became unavailable for new videos.
How does this effects our users:
If you have existing drafts with those avatars, you would have to edit them to include a different one.
Users will not be able to “edit as new” any existing videos that contains one or more of our offline avatars.
Users can still share and download finished videos with those avatars.
